ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL
Lori Viar Pollard, LNHA, CHC
Lori Viar Pollard began her career in healthcare in 1998 and has served as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2002 and a Licensed Nursing Home Preceptor since 2007. She has nearly 20 years of regional leadership experience, beginning in 2008, including service as Regional Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, and Compliance Officer.
Mrs. Pollard holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from Jefferson College of Health Sciences and completed Liberty University’s Paralegal Certificate program in 2025. She is currently pursuing a Juris Master degree through Liberty University. Her professional experience includes Certificate of Need (COPN) matters for Skilled Nursing Facilities and the development and implementation of internal Compliance Programs for small, independent healthcare organizations.
